A Mysterious Letter

SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURESToday Agatha got mail, last time she got mail it was a gold Starbuck’s card. We’re not sure how she managed that but it was pretty exciting. Today, however, may have been the start of the most exciting thing she has ever been part of yet!

In a plain blue envelope directed from the “Department of Outlandish Affairs” of the SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURES“International Headquarters of Information” was a letter from one Homer d’Omer Knight of the Never-Changing Forest. He starts out explaining he is a Knight and his family has been watching over a sleeping Princess for centuries and that this is the 699th year of Princess Majorie’s curse and when 700 years has passed she will poof into dust.

SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURESHe goes on to explain that while it would be easy to walk away and go back to Knight school, he has grown attached to the princess and can’t bear to see her go. He made contact with one Eager the Ogre at the International Headquarters of Information in hopes of finding someone to help him finally break the curse. Eager passed along Agatha’s name and now Sir Homer d’Omer is counting on her!

He enclosed some official paperwork for accepting a noble mission, complete with a cool wax seal!

Agatha’s head was spinning the whole time! Confusion at who Homer d’Omer was, why he was writing her, who the heck was Eager the Ogre, and finally elation at being chosen to help save the Princess!

Tomorrow we will begin our Knight training regimen of jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, and downward facing dog, attempting a ten minute meditation (Ella has announced that ten minutes of silence may well kill her), and cracking the cryptogram at the bottom of Sir Homer’s letter.
