All recipes posted will be gluten-free and usually corn-free. Though sometimes I use items that could contain corn or gluten, I always use a variety that is completely safe. Like icing sugar, baking soda, or tamari sauce (among so many others, please read your labels!). If you’re new to gluten-free or corn-free cooking and need more information, please ask, otherwise I hope you know what items you need to watch out for.
